Bay Area SunShares is a program of Act Now Bay Area, a 501(c)3, non-profit public benefit registered in the State of California, EIN 99-1450161. Protecting your private information is our priority - all we want to see in the cloud is less carbon, so we'll never share your personal information. We use Google analytics to understand how this site is used, but we protect the privacy of everyone who visits.

As a public charity, the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act generally do not apply to Act Now Bay Area or its programs. However, Act Now Bay Area and Bay Area SunShares take the privacy of children extremely seriously and, where possible, endeavor to ensure that additional protections for children’s data are extended in line with common standards. Bay Area SunShares and Act Now Bay Area do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.
